Concrete looks tough, but it's porous - meaning it absorbs water, oil, grease and salts like a sponge, and that's where the damage starts. Every spill leaves a stain, and every bit of trapped moisture works away at the surface through heat, weather and time, leading to cracking, pitting and that tired, blotchy look. Sealing closes the door on all of it: it keeps water and stains out, protects against UV and weathering, and keeps your concrete looking newer for far longer.

Our water-based penetrating sealer is suitable for many porous surfaces, including:

Before sealing, test a small area with water. If the water absorbs into the surface and darkens it, the sealer should be able to penetrate. If the water beads or remains on the surface, an existing coating or treatment may prevent the sealer from penetrating properly.
Always test the product on a small, inconspicuous area before completing the full application.
